Since 2001, Tim has been passionately studying the impact leadership has on lives and bottom lines. Tim’s passion turned into a company, The Aperio, in 2013. Since then, Tim and The Aperio have worked with leadership teams in both publicly traded and privately held companies in North America, Australia, and Asia. Their focus is to help people become, be, and stay leaders who are actually worth following.

Personally, Tim is a former collegiate athlete, an engineer and MBA by education, and a lover of documentaries about the natural world. In 2022, Tim, his wife, and their four children traded in their suburban Atlanta life to experience the adventure of living in northwest Montana for a year. Tim calls the experiment “A slower pace in a beautiful place.” The Spiker's currently reside in Franklin, Tennessee.
