Rick Betenbough co-founded Betenbough Homes in 1992 with a vision to use fanatical cost control and 'out-of-the-box' organizational systems to become the price leader for new brick homes in Lubbock, Texas. For 24 years, Rick served as the president of Betenbough Homes, building nearly 7,000 homes in West Texas. In 2016, he stepped aside from the role and now serves as the CEO of Betenbough Companies. Together, Rick and his wife Holly passionately equip business leaders for the advancement of God's Kingdom in and through the marketplace. They enjoy spending time with their kids: James, Shannon, Kenny, Tiffany, and Michael. They love being grandparents to Naomi, Abbey, Jeannie, and Ryker.
Chris Patton is the Global CEO of His Way at Work, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming company culture and implementing Christian principles in the workplace. Formerly, he was President/CEO and third generation owner/partner of his family’s automobile business in LaGrange, GA. He also authored a blog – ChristianFaithAtWork.com. By including the resources accumulated over his years of learning to use the business as a vehicle for ministry, as well as real-life examples from his experiences, Chris taught readers of his blog how to run their business from an eternal perspective.
This experience has led to multiple speaking engagements at various events and conferences in the US as well as online with various churches in India. He has also been published in other blogs and newsletters as well as TwoTen, a national Christian business magazine.

Steven A. White grew up as the son of a fiercely determined and hard-working single mother. It was her incredible resolve that led him to be the first in his family to pursue a college education at Indiana University and a successful career in sales, marketing, and general management. Steve joined Comcast as Regional Vice President in 1996, working his way up to his post as President, Special Counsel to the CEO of Comcast.
Steve currently serves on the board of directors for Hormel Foods, W.W. Grainger, Shaw Communications, and New Leaders. He’s a member of the Colorado Forum, Executive Leadership Council, and Delta Eta Boulé of Denver. He has also turned his attention to speaking and writing, merging his passions for business, family, and philanthropy. He speaks locally to different Denver-based organizations and nationally to Fortune 500 companies.
