Brian leads the ministry with a quiet and determined leadership style. He graduated from Baylor University and then married his high school sweetheart, Julie. They have four kids, Abby, Grant, Ashley and Tristan. Two of their kids came through fostering and adoption so they are big fans of orphan care initiatives. They worship and serve at Allen Bible Church where Brian is also an elder.

Paul leads the publishing and conference teams and is passionate about inspiring people to action in the name of Jesus. Paul earned a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2010 and spent the prior 14 years as part of the Production Management Team at Walt Disney Feature Animation. He and his wife, Amaryah, and their two children—Joshua and Jaidyn—attend Chase Oaks Church.
Scott leads the software development team that builds and maintains all of the RightNow Media websites and apps. He's married to his wife, Holley. They have two dogs - Sierra and Tango. They are involved with Frisco Young Life.
Mitch leads the customer success team, which is focused on ensuring RightNow Media’s customers fully achieve their desired outcomes through interactions with our mission. He and his wife, Jackie, live in Plano, have been married over 30 years, and are blessed with three children—Sarah, Samantha, and Patrick. Mitch is passionate about studying and sharing the Word of God. They worship at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship in Carrollton.
Merry leads the sales and customer success teams, which introduces churches and businesses to RightNow Media and provides ongoing training and service to RightNow Media’s customers. Merry is a Texas native and graduated with an MBA from The University of Texas, Dallas and holds an MA in Theology from Regent University. She and her husband, Michael, live in McKinney with their two children, McKenna and Mason. They attend Christ Fellowship church.
Ellen leads the Operations Team, which includes finance, accounting, HR, and office management. Her goal is to serve the ministry by ensuring that all administrative functions are run with efficiency and integrity. Ellen and her husband, Blake, have a daughter and attend Shawnee Trail Church of Christ in Frisco, TX.
Phil leads the team the produces all the films and videos at RightNow Media. His passion is using the power of media to boldly communicate the gospel. Throughout his time at RightNow Media, Phil has played a key role in developing over 250+ video-based discipleship resources. Phil and his wife, Becky have two sons, Hayden and Andrew, and attend Watermark Community Church
Matt leads the marketing team whose responsibility it is to reach more churches and businesses for RightNow Media and to help RightNow Media customers find relevant video content to watch in the app. Matt received his MBA from Southern Methodist University and lives in McKinney with his wife, Jill, and their two kids. They attend Stonebriar Community Church in Frisco and serve as leaders in the college and young adult ministry.
